Salesforce Business Analyst with .NET experience

About the Role:
We are looking for 1–2 skilled Business Analysts / Technical Writers to join our team on a short-term project. This role involves documenting business processes, system workflows, and user access for Salesforce and .NET-based pricing tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable reading code, understanding technical systems, and translating complex information into clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze existing systems (Salesforce, pricing tools, .NET applications)
• Document business rules, workflows, and processes clearly and accurately
• Assist in creating user access documentation and related guides
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure completeness of documentation
• Open and understand code as needed to extract relevant information

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and .NET systems
• Ability to read and interpret code for documentation purposes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience documenting complex enterprise systems
• Familiarity with pricing tools or CRM-related platforms

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
