Job Description:-


CRM Expert + AI Agent force Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce CRM solutions aligned with automotive business processes.
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, development frameworks (Apex, LWC, Flows), and integration patterns to build scalable, AI-ready CRM solutions.
  • Design and implement robust integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to define and prototype use cases using Einstein AI and Agent force.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable AI components and CRM accelerators.
  • Drive experimentation and implementation of AI-enhanced workflows, intelligent automation strategies, and next-generation customer engagement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact CRM use cases for AI-driven automation and personalization.
  • Design intelligent customer journeys using Salesforce tools enhanced by Einstein and Agent force.
  • Implement dynamic engagement strategies based on predictive insights and behavioral data.
  • Define and model agentic workflows that simulate autonomous decision-making in customer service, sales, and marketing.
  • Evaluate feasibility and ROI of proposed agentic workflows in real-world automotive scenarios.
  • Work with AI engineers to prototype and test agent behaviors within Salesforce environments.
  • Monitor performance of agentic systems and recommend iterative improvements.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong QA background (manual + automation).
  • Hands-on Salesforce testing experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
  • Good understanding of Agentforce / Einstein Copilot / AI-driven workflows .
  • Knowledge of Apex testing, LWC testing , and Salesforce deployment lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Provar, Selenium, Postman, SOQL for validation.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
