Salesforce Copado

TCS is looking for a Copado and Salesforce certified release manager / senior consultant. Note that it is an immediate position and we are looking for immediate / 1 month joiners only.

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience leading change management with Salesforce and Copado.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on and current experience with Copado. Candidates with Copado experience some time in the past are encourage not to apply.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
• Salesforce Admin & Developer certifications are a must.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, source control systems (such as Git), branching strategies
• Copado I and II certifications are a must.
• Proficient in Copado setup, configuration, and deployment automation.
• Deep experience managing DevOps pipelines using Copado across multiple orgs and instances of Salesforce.
• Experience of setting up Copado from scratch.
• Candidate with keen drive for innovation and regular improvement & automation opportunities in the change processes will be preferred.
• Oversee and troubleshoot end-to-end release processes, identifying and addressing blockers to ensure smooth deployments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adept at creating comprehensive deployment reports post-release to meet audit and compliance expectations
• Showcase a sense of urgency to provide timely, expert-level support and escalation management for Copado issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
