Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Consultant (Remote - Offshore, India)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant to join our team remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ implementations and configurations, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements. This is a remote position, but candidates must be able to work full-time during EST hours to ensure alignment with our US-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions including product configurations, pricing, quoting, and approval workflows.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to deliver CPQ features and enhancements.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure smooth operation of CPQ processes.
• Create technical documentation, test cases, and training materials.
• Ensure CPQ implementation adheres to Salesforce best practices and data governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud.
• Experience with product bundling, pricing rules, quote templates, and advanced approvals.
• Proficiency in declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) and familiarity with Apex/Visualforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, offshore role.
• Must be able to work during EST business hours (approx. 8 AM – 5 PM EST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
• Experience working with global teams and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of integrations with ERP or other third-party systems.

Pay: ₹572,701.03 - ₹1,947,738.19 per year
