Role: Veeva CRM & Align Consultant
Description: We are looking for a skilled Veeva CRM & Align Consultant with strong expertise in Veeva CRM and Veeva Align. This role will focus on supporting sales and marketing operations through optimized CRM configurations and alignments. The consultant will collaborate closely with commercial teams to ensure smooth execution of call planning, roster management, and territory alignments, ultimately enhancing sales force effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain Veeva CRM to meet business requirements.
- Manage Veeva Align processes, including roster management, territory design, alignment, and incentive compensation feeds.
- Support business users in territory alignments, call planning, and execution.
- Partner with sales and operations teams to improve CRM workflows and processes.
- Ensure CRM solutions meet compliance, security, and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors on enhancements and issue resolutions.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.
- Analyze CRM data and provide insights to support sales force effectiveness.
