We are looking for a skilled CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, strong programming skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Customize and configure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho) to meet business needs.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, plugins, and integrations using APIs and SDKs.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Perform data migration, cleansing, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM performance, data integrity, and user access.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Maintain documentation for technical designs, configurations, and customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM development and customization.
  • Proficiency in one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Apex/Lightning, Dynamics 365, Zoho Deluge).
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
