What will you be doing at Atrium?

In this role, you will join the best and brightest in the industry to skillfully push the boundaries of what’s possible by uncovering predictive insights. You will work with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem-solving using AI, Analytics, and systems of intelligence. You will partner to advise, implement, and optimize solutions through industry expertise, leading cloud platforms, and data science.

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the data architecture, data models, and standards for various Data projects. You will model new features and use cases in order to drive business value through data activation in the flow of work. Familiarization with common auxiliary platforms to Data Cloud like Marketing Cloud and Agentforce will allow you to provide an efficient solution.

In this role, you will:

  • Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, activation, and identity resolution strategies.

  • Data Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive data strategies for customer data, ensuring data quality, governance, privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and compliance within the Salesforce Data Cloud environment.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed for data modeling, integration patterns, and solution deployment.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, service, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand their data needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver solutions that drive business value.

  • Integration Expertise: Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with various internal and external systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses, external data sources).

  • Activation Expertise: Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce Data Cloud activations into various systems such as Marketing Cloud and Agentforce.

  • Optimization & Performance: Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance the performance and efficiency of the Salesforce Data Cloud instance.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and design specifications.

  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features, industry trends, and best practices in customer data management and privacy.

In this role, you will have have:

  • 6 years of experience in Salesforce data and analytics consulting

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP)

  • 6+ years of Enterprise Data Warehouse Design and Implementation experience on Cloud

  • Data Modeling experience with both relational and non-relational database designs

  • Working knowledge of enterprise cloud storage infrastructure, data replication, and data integration middleware technologies

  • Proven experience cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to include proactively identifying and addressing client needs, exceeding expectations, and fostering a high level of client satisfaction

  • Familiarity with the broader Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and how Data Cloud integrates

  • Familiarity with Salesforce’s canonical data model and how typical enterprise data aligns to it
