Salesforce Developer

The Opportunity:

Flextrack is seeking a Salesforce Developer to contribute to a cutting-edge Vendor Management System (VMS) built on the Salesforce platform.

Day to Day you will:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand corporate vision, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and configure a multi-tenant, distributed application using Salesforce technologies
• Assist users by providing support, answering questions, and promoting platform adoption
• Deliver timely solutions to technical challenges, ensuring smooth application performance
• Perform unit testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure all requirements are met

It would be amazing if you have:

• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Experience in platform development, including DevOps and system integration
• Strong development skills in Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components
• Proficient in SOQL and SOSL
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues into non-technical language for stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and best practices in development, testing, workflows, reporting, and sustainment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce Digital Experience (Communities)
• Web development experience with jQuery, JavaScript, AngularJS, React, or Vue.js
• Strong integration experience with ETL tools and systems such as CRM, ERP, BI, and Data Warehousing
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools such as VS Code, ANT, Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitHub, and BitBucket
• Active Salesforce certifications, such as:

o Salesforce Certified Administrator

o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II

o Salesforce Architect Certifications
