About the role

As a Salesforce Financial Force Support Engineer you will make an impact by providing end-to-end support for applications built on Salesforce and FinancialForce (Certinia) AppExchange products. You will be a valued member of our technology support team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and deliver exceptional user experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor application and system health, including batch jobs using AutoSys.
  • Respond to incidents and alerts, following documented SOPs and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across Salesforce and FinancialForce platforms.
  • Configure and develop Salesforce applications using APEX, LWC, and declarative tools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, SOPs, and support processes.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, configuration).
  • Functional knowledge of FinancialForce (Certinia) AppExchange products.
  • Experience with Unix, Shell, and Windows batch scripting.
  • Familiarity with AutoSys for batch job scheduling and Salesforce Data Loader.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

These will help you stand out:

  • Prior experience supporting Salesforce and FinancialForce applications in a similar environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to incident management and stakeholder engagement.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 - $129,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
