Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with our business strategy. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Salesforce with deep understanding of business processes, integration patterns, and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design and architecture for Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices.

  • Provide technical leadership during all phases of the project — design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Define and maintain integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and data platforms.

  • Ensure data model design, security, and sharing rules are aligned with organizational standards.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to ensure the solution meets user and performance expectations.

  • Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and architectural artifacts.

  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features and capabilities, advising stakeholders on potential adoption.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Strong Salesforce experience, including architect role.

  • Proven expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.

  • Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.) and API-based integrations.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing mechanisms.

  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

  • Salesforce certifications preferred, such as:

    • Salesforce Certified Application Architect

    • Salesforce Certified System Architect

    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – a plus

    • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
