Salesforce Solution Architect

• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce architecture & solutions
• Design end-to-end technical solutions with focus on performance, security & cost
• Build proof-of-concepts to validate solution approach
• Create and maintain architecture documentation and design standards
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams for solution alignment
• Support architecture governance and change approval processes
• Provide oversight during implementation to ensure adherence to best practices
• Mentor and guide technical teams on Salesforce architecture principles
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across platforms

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 1 3 years in architecture
• 5+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience (Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of system design, data modeling & integration architecture
• Strong understanding of cloud, databases, networking & modern software patterns (DDD, event-driven)
• Required Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with enterprise-level environments (regulated industries preferred)

• AWS, TOGAF, or additional Salesforce certifications
