Evangelize GenAI and Salesforce capabilities internally and externally; identify high-impact use cases with C-level stakeholders.

Shape market positioning through industry thought leadership, demos, and executive showcases.
Solution Innovation & Architecture

Lead design and development of GenAI-powered Salesforce solutions, embedding automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.

Evaluate and integrate LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration tools into enterprise workflows.

Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Presales Leadership & Deal Ownership

Own the end-to-end presales lifecycle: discovery, solution design, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client presentations.

Craft compelling value propositions, pricing models, and delivery approaches; act as a trusted advisor during the presales phase.

Maintain a repository of reusable assets, accelerators, and case studies to improve speed and win rates.
Team Leadership & Ecosystem Collaboration

Lead and mentor innovative architects, presales consultants, and technical teams; foster a culture of agility and continuous learning.

Build strong relationships with Salesforce account teams, ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders for co-sell and co-innovate opportunities.
Drive capability building through certifications, enablement programs, and reusable IP development
