Salesforce Techno-functional Specialist

• , 1. :Strong techno-functional background to lead the design, customization, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring solutionsalign with business goals.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce Sales, Service, CRM, Experience and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.
• Recommend best practices and process improvements for CRM and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands-on configuration and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP (e.g., Yardi & SAP S/4 HANA) and other third-party applications.
• Oversee data migrations, ETL, and data quality management.

Required Skills:

1. With over 10 years of experience

2. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and APIs.

3. Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, finance, and marketing automation systems.

4. In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM, Experience Cloud and AppExchange apps.

5. Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II).

6. Experience in the real estate, facilities management, or property development sector.

7. Familiar with Yardi Voyager, Onsite Snagging, SAP, or similar ERP/CRM, BI & reporting tools (Power BI) and AI-driven CRM.
