Web Developer – Luxury Real Estate Company

Position Overview


We are looking for a talented Web Developer with strong digital marketing expertise to join our luxury real estate team. This dual-role position requires a professional who can not only develop and maintain our website and CRM system but also drive digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and enhance our online presence.


Major Tasks / Responsibilities


Website Development & Management:

  • Design, develop, and maintain a luxury-standard website with seamless performance across devices.
  • Implement SEO and SEM best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic reach.
  • Ensure website integration with CRM systems, real estate portals, and third-party platforms.
  • Regularly update content, property listings, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Optimize website speed, security, and hosting environments.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and property campaigns for maximum conversions.
  • Apply UX/UI design principles to enhance customer journey and lead capture.
  • Maintain data security, GDPR compliance, and best practices for customer information.



CRM Customization & Integration:

  • Customise CRM workflows to manage leads, sales pipelines, client interactions, and property inventory.
  • Automate lead assignment, reminders, and follow-ups for sales teams.
  • Integrate CRM with social media, email marketing, property portals, and website forms.



Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Run retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and previous leads.
  • Monitor daily performance of ads, optimise budgets, and scale campaigns.
  • Implement conversion tracking and pixel setup across all campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns for property launches, newsletters, and offers.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools for automation, campaign optimisation, and reporting.
  • Create monthly and quarterly digital marketing strategy reports for management.
  • Build and maintain property landing pages with lead forms and tracking.
  • Work on reputation management campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.



Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Align web and digital strategies with sales and management objectives.
  • Support property launch events, exhibitions, and open houses with online campaigns.
  • Provide analytics-driven insights to guide management decisions.
  • Suggest new tools, software, or platforms for improving marketing efficiency.
  • Act as a bridge between creative teams, marketing, and IT departments.
  • Propose budget allocations for ad platforms and digital tools.
  • Contribute to the company’s long-term digital transformation strategy.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and media partners when required.
  • Ensure all digital activities reflect the luxury branding and positioning of the company.


Social Media & Branding:

  • Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute content calendars for regular posting of properties and brand content.
  • Create and supervise high-quality reels, stories, and short videos for property promotions.
  • Engage actively with followers, respond to inquiries, and build community trust.
  • Run paid ad campaigns on social platforms to boost reach and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce premium marketing content.
  • Monitor competitor social media accounts to identify trends and gaps.
  • Track insights and engagement metrics, optimising campaigns accordingly.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print platforms.
  • Promote client testimonials, success stories, and luxury lifestyle content to elevate brand prestige.



Requirements and Skills


  • Proven experience in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, or other frameworks).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Understanding of database management, API integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance technical web development with marketing creativity.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
