Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce and Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing, customizing, and integrating business solutions on both the Salesforce CRM and Zoho CRM platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in CRM customization, automation, API integrations, and providing technical support to ensure seamless business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, process builder, and validation rules to meet business needs.
• Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
• Optimize Salesforce functionality and provide technical support.
• Zoho Development
• Customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
• Develop Deluge scripts, workflows, and automation in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Implement Zoho API integrations with other business systems.
• Maintain data integrity and create reports/dashboards for business insights.
• General
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver CRM solutions.
• Provide user training, technical documentation, and ongoing support.
• Stay updated with new Salesforce and Zoho features to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Zoho Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM workflows.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce and Zoho with third-party applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Developer / Administrator certification.
• Zoho Creator/CRM certification.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
• Experience with data migration and ETL tools.
