Salesgirl – Skincare Products

We are hiring a confident and well-presented Female Salesgirl to join our skincare retail team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, knowledgeable about skincare products, and able to deliver excellent customer service. The position requires adherence to a specific grooming and dress code policy that reflects the brand’s image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable skincare products based on their needs.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage methods.
• Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of the sales area.
• Achieve sales targets through strong product knowledge and upselling skills.
• Handle customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow brand presentation guidelines.
• Address customer queries and provide after-sales support when needed.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and beauty trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.
• Knowledge of skincare routines, products, and different skin types.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and confident personality.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and sales reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Dress Code & Grooming Policy:

• All employees must comply with the company’s grooming and uniform standards.
• Wearing of hijab or niqab is not permitted during work hours, in line with the brand’s modern, fashion-forward image and visual guidelines.
• Hair and facial features must remain visible.
• Makeup and appearance should reflect current beauty and skincare industry standards.

Work Conditions:

• Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods.
• Fast-paced retail environment with direct customer interaction.
