Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated **Salesman** to join our Wall Panel Factory Outlet in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist walk-in customers at the outlet.

* Explain product features, pricing, and promotions to clients.

* Generate sales and meet monthly targets.

* Maintain outlet display and stock arrangements.

* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

* Minimum Intermediate education.

* At least 1 year of sales experience (retail or outlet sales preferred).

* Strong communication and persuasion skills.

* Ability to work full-time with commitment.

* Must be a **Rawalpindi local resident**.
