Salesman

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
• Valid Driving License (mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
