Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet customer needs and increase the company's revenue.
• Research potential customers and respond to customer inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for growth and manage customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering advice and answering questions about products or services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers in person and via email or phone.
• Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, negotiation tactics, and relevant computer software.
• Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.
