Salary: PKR 30,000 basic + performance-based commission

VapeMall is a leading retail store in Lahore, offering a wide range of vaping products and accessories. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused sales professionals to join our team and help deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store revenue.
• Maintain product displays, inventory, and store cleanliness.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.
• Assist in smooth store operations and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, FMCG, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a persuasive attitude.
• Resident of Lahore (Phase 6 preferred).
• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Commission:

• Basic Salary: PKR 30,000
• Performance-Based Commission: Commission percentage increases with higher sales achievement – the more you sell, the higher your earnings.
