Job Description:

- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect shoes

- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations

- Meet sales targets and achieve goals

- Maintain store appearance and organization

- Process transactions and handle customer payments

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

- Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of sales experience in retail (shoe industry preferred)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising

- Knowledge of shoe trends and styles

- Previous experience working in a team environment
