Job Title: Salesman – Automobile

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automobile Salesman with hands-on experience in vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles, provide expert product guidance, and ensure a smooth and professional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and help them choose the right vehicle based on their needs.
• Assess customer preferences and provide detailed information on models, features, and pricing.
• Arrange and conduct test drives while explaining vehicle performance and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals efficiently.
• Stay updated on inventory, new arrivals, and automotive market trends.
• Prepare sales documents and maintain follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.
• Work with the management team to meet monthly sales goals.
• Maintain the showroom environment and ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in automobile sales (required).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Good understanding of vehicle specifications and automotive market trends.
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
