Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Automobile Salesman with practical experience in vehicle sales. The successful candidate will guide customers through the entire purchasing process, offer knowledgeable advice on available vehicles, and deliver a smooth and professional buying experience.

Key Duties

• Welcome showroom visitors and assist them in selecting vehicles that suit their needs and financial plans.
• Assess customer requirements and clearly explain vehicle models, features, pricing, and benefits.
• Coordinate and conduct test drives while demonstrating vehicle performance and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements effectively.
• Stay updated on stock availability, new vehicle launches, and current market trends.
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and follow up on potential leads to increase conversions.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure the showroom remains well-organized and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in automobile or vehicle sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and industry trends.
• Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
