Salesman– Outlet (New Opening)

We’re looking for a capable and confident Salesman to help drive the launch and daily operations of our new factory outlet. If you’ve spent at least a year dealing with customers, especially in retail, apparel, or consumer goods, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome walk-in customers, figure out what they need, and guide them toward the right products.
• Keep the store looking sharp at all times—displays, shelves, and overall cleanliness.
• Manage billing, POS operations, receipts, and handle daily cash reconciliation without hiccups.
• Maintain proper sales records and assist with basic inventory tracking.
• Learn the full product range so you can answer questions confidently.
• Hit daily and weekly sales targets and support overall store performance.
• Follow company rules, uphold customer service standards, and keep operations running smoothly.

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of sales or retail experience.
• Strong communication skills and steady customer-handling ability.
• Presentable appearance and a habit of being on time.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail setup.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• A team-first mindset with a proactive work attitude.

Salary: Fixed 45,000 to 60,000 PKR, depending on experience.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
