Salesman Showroom

Duties and Responsibilities:

- - A good understanding of the sales process and a thorough knowledge of the showroom products in which they work to be able to benefit customers.

- Technical and electronic skills

- Provide respectful and exemplary customer service under any circumstances.

- Provide detailed explanations and information to the customer about the product they require.

- Deal with customer inquiries and complaints and work to resolve them.

- Familiarity with network machine operation and training.

- Identify strengths and weaknesses, offer alternative solutions, use logic, and draw conclusions.

- Understand sentences and paragraphs written in company documents.

- Maintain general cleanliness and refrain from smoking within the showroom.

- Refrain from using the telephone for personal purposes and handle incoming calls accurately and respectfully.

Job Requirements:

- Experience: 2 - 3 years in Sales in UAE

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

  • 2 Years: 2 years (Preferred)
