Sales/Marketing

We are a growing non-medical home care agency seeking a confident, motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to help increase referrals and build strong community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit nursing homes, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, and hospitals to promote our home care services
• Build relationships with admissions coordinators, discharge planners, social workers, and nursing directors
• Increase referrals and overall agency sales
• Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities
• Public speaking required: Host and present educational seminars and in-service trainings
• Educate professionals and families on our non-medical home care services

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care, healthcare sales, or marketing preferred
• Comfortable with public speaking and presentations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
