About Us

GinniTech is a growing IT company, driven by innovation and customer success. We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience who can contribute to driving revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital/offline) to support sales objectives.

Prepare and deliver product/service presentations to prospective clients.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless execution.

Track, analyze, and report on sales and campaign performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing / Business Development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation.

Ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
