Sales/Marketing Intern

TYMETAL seeks a high energy Sales/Marketing Intern to help us leverage AI in our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background with an interest in strategic marketing communications and campaigns. Our intern will work closely with the sales team to refine our customer database and to identify additional industry contacts to add to our communications.

Your role as a Sales/Marketing Intern:

• Research and qualify potential fence contractors that operate in our industries
• Review customer information in Salesforce to ensure accuracy of the customer data and identify and correct duplicate entries
• Enter new customer contacts into Salesforce
• Prepare draft marketing emails to go out pre- and post-trade show events
• Assist in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities that come in via the internet
• Assist the sales team with customer follow up and order entry
• Review and follow up on quotations in the system, closing out opportunities that are no longer available

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starting team player
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM software programs
• Experience with AI tools and how to maximize their potential
