Sales/Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Edvac Technologies’ services (Website Design, SEO, Software, Graphics Design).
• Explain service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
• Identify client requirements and suggest suitable digital solutions.
• Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and follow-up details.
• Schedule meetings or demos with the sales team for qualified leads.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role (Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English ,Hindi and Bengali.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of digital services like website design, SEO, or software is a plus.
• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
