EA (Telesales Representatives)
What You’ll Do:

Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.

Maintain regular follow-up with customers to understand their learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.

Monitor students’ learning progress and analyze performance data to develop appropriate renewal strategies.

Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, or any related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
