Role Purpose
We are looking for a
high-energy, entry-level Sales Executive
to support
new logo acquisition
across European telecom markets.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on exposure to
B2B SaaS selling
, outbound prospecting, and enterprise deal cycles in the telecom and digital transformation space.
You will focus on
lead generation, pipeline development, and early-stage sales conversations
, working closely with senior sales leaders to help convert opportunities into customers.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and research
prospective telecom operators and service providers
across Europe

Generate new sales leads through
outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner referrals
-
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (business need, timeline, fit)

Support the creation and maintenance of a
healthy sales pipeline
for new logo opportunities

Schedule discovery calls and product discussions for senior sales managers

Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data in
Salesforce CRM

Learn and follow a structured sales process and methodology (training provided)

Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to support campaigns and proposals

Meet defined
monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field with 3.5+ GPA
-
0–5 years of experience
in sales, business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
-
Fresh graduates with strong communication and learning ability are welcome to apply
