Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Sialkot. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting the company's services, and building long-term customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with industry trends and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including ability to identify leads, cold call, close deals, and manage customer accounts effectively.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage clients and convey value propositions.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify and WordPress), and web solutions.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to meet sales goals and contribute to business growth strategies.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for managing leads and tracking performance metrics is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
