Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective product distribution within the assigned territory. The role requires achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while representing the company's brands and products.



Key Responsibilities.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors
  • Identify and acquire new customers to expand market reach and increase sales volume
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and distribution across all assigned outlets
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to understand business needs and market trends
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management
  • Execute sales and promotional activities in line with company objectives
  • Collect customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
