Restoring Northwest is one of the most active real estate investment firms in the Portland metro market. We help homeowners find solutions - whether they're facing foreclosure, can't sell, or just need to move a property fast - and we buy, renovate, and resell homes across Oregon. We're a tight-knit, team-oriented, high-energy team, and we're growing. We're hiring an Acquisitions Specialist (Sales/Acquisitions Associate). All leads are "warm" leads. This is NOT a doorknocking, and a solely "kill what you eat" position. We will train you for success, and you will be rewarded for achieving.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Respond to all leads
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads in a timely manner
- Build rapport with potential clients and act as the lead contact for sellers
- Answer, return, and follow up on phone calls generated by our lead system
- Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
- Build rapport with sellers to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Make calls (and drive neighborhoods) to develop new leads
- Use the CRM (Podio) daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Close contracts in a timely manner and communicate efficiently with all parties involved
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required, plus other tasks and special projects as assigned
Requirements and skills
- Business and/or sales experience with a proven track record
- Ambitious "go-getter" who wants to serve and add value, with an entrepreneur/ownership mentality
- Strong phone skills; able to set and close appointments over the phone
- Able to use or quickly learn a real estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Outstanding written, grammar, and verbal communication; able to interact with all levels of an organization
- Excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and results-driven with a good attendance record
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to work some nights and weekends

- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; limited travel as required
Compensation and growth
- Base pay of $2,000 per month plus uncapped commission on every deal you close (on-target earnings $60,000-$100,000; top performers earn more)
