Salesperson (female)

About the Role:

We’re a vibrant, fast-growing startup on Education and Training and we need a confident, charismatic female Sales Specialist to become the face and voice of our brand!

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle: hunt down leads, qualify them fast, nurture through calls, emails, DMs, and personalized follow-ups then close with confidence.
• Star in our social media content! Appear on camera for Reels, TikToks, Stories, live sessions, product demos, customer shoutouts, and fun behind-the-scenes videos that showcase our brand’s personality.
• Jump in on light admin support (data entry, scheduling, team coordination) to keep things moving smoothly.
• Deliver wow-level customer service that turns buyers into fans and repeat customers.
• Partner closely with marketing & sales to ideate campaigns, test new content ideas, and crush our growth goals together.

Requirements:

• Female candidates with a warm, professional on-camera presence and zero fear of being in front of the lens.
• Super comfortable creating and posting video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc. you enjoy being authentic and engaging on social.
• Naturally friendly, approachable, and great at building instant rapport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook) for tracking and reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college or sales certifications are a plus).
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup multitask like a pro and work independently.
• Fluent English speaker; extra languages = big advantage!
