Vending Machine Sales & Operations Specialist

Our mission is to fuel busy people's health and fitness goals wherever they are—from gyms and corporate offices to student centers and hospitals.
The Role: Sales & Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales & Operations Specialist to drive our business expansion and manage the day-to-day operations of our vending network. This is a critical, hybrid role that combines front-end sales and business development with back-end logistics and maintenance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on independence and is comfortable being the face of our company across an entire territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales (50%)
Location Scouting: Proactively identify and research high-potential, lucrative locations for new vending machine placements (e.g., gyms, corporate campuses, hospitals, universities, large apartment complexes).
Negotiation & Closing: Contact and meet with location management or property owners to present the value proposition of our machines.
Secure agreements for placement, negotiating favourable terms which may include a monthly rental fee or a profit-share basis.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with location contacts to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Snack Machine Integration: Expand the business by strategically placing and managing a network of traditional snack vending machines alongside our specialty machines.
2. Operations, Logistics, & Inventory Management (50%)
Replenishment & Route Management: Execute a weekly/bi-weekly route schedule to restock and service all assigned vending machines. This requires a high degree of organization and time management.
Maintenance & Technical Service: Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs (e.g., clearing jams, ensuring payment systems work) to keep machines fully operational.
Inventory & Purchasing:
Monitor product sales data to forecast demand and manage inventory levels for both the specialty drinks and snack machines.
Source, purchase, and store products from various suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and product freshness.
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, inventory levels, maintenance issues, and new location pipeline status.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
UAE Driving License
English and Tagalog is an advantage
Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, route sales, or account management is strongly preferred.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently negotiate and close deals with decision-makers.
Logistical Competence: Excellent organizational skills, proven ability to manage a demanding route schedule, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift and move cases of drinks and products (up to 40 lbs) and perform physical work involved in stocking and basic machine maintenance.
Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle capable of transporting inventory is required.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in the vending, food service, or route-based service industry.
Familiarity with inventory management software or basic spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
An interest in health, fitness, or nutrition.
