Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Project Manager — a versatile professional who can handle both the sales side (meeting clients, estimating, and closing jobs) and the project management side (overseeing those projects through completion). This is not two separate positions — it’s one key role for someone who can take ownership of the entire client journey from the first handshake to the final walkthrough.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to understand project needs and provide on-site consultations.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Follow up on leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Track budgets, materials, and progress while maintaining open communication with clients throughout.
• Ensure each project meets Northwest Builders & Renovation’s quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or renovation, ideally with both sales and project oversight responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of residential or light commercial building processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools, estimating software, or CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

• Commission-Based
