Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Pitch products/services and clearly communicate key benefits.
• Identify upselling opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and proactive on calls.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Passion to grow and build a long-term career in sales.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary package: Rs. 30,000 – 35,000 + commission.
