Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Girl with experience in cosmetics and beauty products to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right beauty solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide personalized assistance in selecting cosmetics and skincare products.

Demonstrate and explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and new product launches.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily sales reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cosmetics or beauty retail (e.g., Sephora, Faces, Lifestyle, etc.).

Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty brands.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Language: English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
