Salon Cashier (Beauty Salon) — La Rose Beauty Salon

La Rose Beauty Salon in Business Bay is growing! We’re hiring an experienced Salon Cashier to own the till, ensure accurate daily reconciliation, and support a smooth guest checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Open/close till; manage float and end-of-day Z-reports
• Process payments (cash/cards/wallets), refunds/exchanges per policy
• Reconcile POS against appointment/retail sales; resolve discrepancies
• Issue invoices/receipts, handle gift cards, discounts & promotions
• Track retail inventory at front desk; price tagging & basic stock counts
• Prepare daily cash summaries for management/Accounts
• Coordinate with reception/stylists for on-time checkouts during peak hours
• Maintain a tidy cashier/reception area and compliant document filing

Requirements

• Min. 5 years’ experience in a cashier/front-desk role (salon/spa/retail preferred)
• Currently in Dubai with valid/transferable visa
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong accuracy in cash handling & POS reconciliation
• Confident with POS systems; appointment-booking software is a plus
• Organized, calm under pressure, presentable and customer-oriented
• Female candidates only (ladies’ salon environment)
