Front Desk Salon Coordinator – Part Time
San Diego, CA | $18/hr + Retail Commission | Perks Galore

Are you passionate about beauty, people, and creating amazing first impressions? Belle Sirène Salon is looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Salon Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our front desk! You’ll be the first friendly face our clients see and the voice they trust over the phone - and you’ll help create the luxury experience that keeps them coming back.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome clients and make their day from the moment they walk in
Coordinate bookings via Phorest POS and email (we’re a Mac-based salon!)
Learn and sell luxury Davines products (and earn commission while you do!)
Help keep our salon sparkling—light housekeeping included, but we’ve got assistant support and a nightly cleaning crew
Jump in and help cover additional shifts as needed

Your Ideal Vibe:

Passion for the beauty industry and a love of people
Strong multitasker and great under pressure
Friendly, polished, and detail-oriented
Salon or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with Mac computers + Phorest software a plus
Cosmetology license? Awesome, but not required

Schedule:
Part time hours available to start — Fridays and Saturdays required!
*With the opportunity to pick up additional shifts!*
