Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of salon spaces, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and common areas
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance
• Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies
• Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively for deep cleaning tasks when necessary
• Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards by adhering to proper sanitation protocols
• Assist with organizing supplies and maintaining storage areas in a clean and accessible manner
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly

Experience

• Proven custodial or janitorial experience, preferably within hospitality or salon environments
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to floor care and industrial cleaning equipment
• Experience working in hotels or similar customer-focused settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of hospitality standards related to cleanliness, sanitation, and guest comfort
• Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude toward teamwork is essential
