Salon Manager

Job Description

1. Handling daily Customer walk-ins, interactions for 1000+ clients on monthly basis

2. Team of 12+ to be handled in the store (Duty Roaster, Client services turnwise, Staff sales handling)

3. Daily petty cash handling, MIS, Accounts, Gpay/PhonePe/Credit card tally for the day

4. Stocks maintainence, Re-order quantity, Product code sheet entries

5. Maintain proper Hygiene, cleanliness from Housekeeping

6. Google reviews to be collected from clients

7. Tele-calling for service feedbacks, offers to be performed on a daily basis.

Add-on Salary Benefits:

1. Meeting Sales Targets for the day/week/Month

2. Incentives upto 10,000 will be provided if sales target is achieved

3. Photography: Insta Reels, Client service clippings, Stories, Bommerrang

Add-on Income:

1. Membership sales per card incentive: ₹150

2. Product Incentives 10% of the product value

3. Packages/Treatment incentive: ₹300-₹500 per service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• salon: 2 years (Required)
• Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required)
