Job Summary

We are urgently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Salon Manager for a kids’ salon. The ideal candidate will manage daily salon operations, ensure excellent customer service, entertain and engage children, and maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon

* Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner

* Entertain and engage children to ensure a joyful salon experience

* Supervise staff and ensure high service standards

* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

* Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance

* Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

* Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are always available

* Handle billing, cash, and basic reporting

* Support marketing activities and promotions when required

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar role

* Experience working with children is a strong advantage

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Friendly, patient, and energetic personality

* Strong organizational and leadership skills

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
