Salon Manager (Ladies Salon)

Job Summary

The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining profitability, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management

  • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor appointment scheduling and customer flow.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Manage salon opening and closing procedures.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate salon staff.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching where necessary.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Customer Service

  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Promote salon services, packages, and retail products.
  • Develop and implement marketing and customer retention initiatives.
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for business growth.

Financial Management

  • Manage daily cash handling, POS transactions, and banking activities.
  • Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance summaries.
  • Track inventory and minimize product wastage.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of salon products and supplies.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor regulations and health standards.
  • Maintain salon licenses, permits, and operational records.
  • Ensure all staff follow salon procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Beauty Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in salon, spa, or beauty industry management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and financial reporting.
  • Language English & Arabic
