Salon Manager – Mizu Beauty Lounge & Kai Barbershop

Mizu Beauty Lounge and Kai Barbershop are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead our growing team across two premium concepts. This role is perfect for someone who understands luxury service, drives performance, and enjoys building a high-energy, customer-focused culture.

What You’ll Lead

• Sales & Marketing: Drive monthly targets, promotions, partnerships, and brand presence.
• Team Management: Schedule, motivate, and develop a diverse team across both salons.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistent excellence in service standards, hygiene, and guest experience.
• Customer Service: Handle escalations, maintain client satisfaction, and manage online reviews and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing a salon, spa, or beauty bar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple salons.
• A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
