An international cosmetics brand is hiring an experienced Cosmetics Sales Executive to manage salon, spa and hotel accounts across Abu Dhabi. Must have minimum 2 years’ UAE sales experience in the Beauty industry and strong knowledge of Hair Colouring, Protein & Keratin Treatments. Role requires in-salon product demonstrations, territory visits, and achieving monthly sales. Competitive base + commission. Immediate start. Apply with your updated CV.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to salons, spas, beauty academies, hotels and professional buyers across Abu Dhabi.
· Promote and sell professional Hair-Coloring products, developers, Protein Treatments, Keratin systems and related cosmetics.
· Provide live product demonstrations (in-salon) of hair coloring techniques, protein/keratin treatments and aftercare protocols to salon professionals and decision-makers.
· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (sales, new accounts, re-orders, demos).
· Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the assigned territory.
· Maintain and grow long-term relationships with salon owners, managers and purchasing teams through follow-ups (calls, emails, visits).
· Provide timely customer feedback, competitor Intel and market insights to the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 2 years’ outdoor sales experience in the Cosmetics / Beauty sector within the UAE
· Proven knowledge of hair coloring systems, bleaching developers, protein treatments and keratin smoothing systems — able to explain benefits, contraindications and demonstrate proper application.
· Demonstrated ability to sell, demo and train salon professionals on product use and service protocols.
· Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; confident in face-to-face selling.
· Professional appearance and excellent client-facing demeanor.
· Fluent spoken and written English — additional languages are an advantage.
