The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening client relationships within the assigned region

This role will oversee sales strategies, ensure execution of business plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Account Managers across the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align on go-to-market initiatives
  • Forecast sales performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Ensure sales processes, pricing models, and commercial terms are aligned with company standards
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities

You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 6–10 years of proven sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
