ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining strong professional relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties on behalf of clients.
  • Assist clients throughout the entire property transaction process — from inquiries and viewings to negotiations and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong client network of buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and new developments.
  • Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.
  • Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property pricing.
  • Guide clients through documentation, legal, and financial procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales, leads, and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the property management and leasing departments for client support.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Valid real estate license (as per local regulations).
  • Strong knowledge of local property market and real estate procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • UAE Driving License (preferred, if applicable).

COMPENSATION

  • Commission-based structure with attractive performance incentives.
  • Allowance will be discussed during the interview with the HR Manager.
  • Additional benefits as per company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Real Estate Sale Agent: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Brokers License (Required)
