Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Expert to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in selling off-plan properties, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for guiding clients through investment opportunities in emerging developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading UAE developers
- Conduct client consultations and present investment opportunities with detailed project insights
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and international buyers
- Stay informed about new launches, payment plans, construction timelines, and market trends
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to support sales campaigns and transactions
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in off-plan property sales in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai off-plan developments and investment zones
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused
